Import of centroided data

To import centroided data Arcadiate requires an external spectrum description file which contains spectral characteristics like peak shape and mass resolution. You should generate this file for your machine by importing uncentroided data in MS and MS/MS mode once and exporting the specific description file via the command File > Export > Spectrum Description… .
As a convenience some spectrum description files for different machines are supplied. Every one of them reflects the respective mass spectrometer at the time when the underlying data was acquired. Over time the list will be extended.

Zipped files have to be unpacked first.
